Performer sign ups begin at 6:30 PM the night of the event and are first come first serve, with priority to those who did not perform at the month prior.
Open Mic Night Q&A
Q: Who can perform?
​A: While this event is designed for singers and musicians, we welcome all kinds of performers and artists including comedians, poets, jugglers, and more! Come share your art with us!
Q: How do I perform?
A: Performer sign-ups begin in person at 6:30 PM prior to the event start. Cost to participate is $5. If singing please either bring sheet music for our accompanistor an instrument to play. Performing to a track is not permitted. Spots are five minutes.
Q: Does it cost anything to perform?
A: Yes, there is a $5 fee to perform.
Q: Can I sing to a track?
A: No, tracks are not permitted. Please bring sheet music for our accompanist or an instrument to play yourself.
Q: Where does the event take place?
A: Open Mic Night is now being held in The Green Room, located at 3031 Barrow Drive (right across from Theatre Raleigh's main building).
Q: Can I attend if I am not performing?
A: Yes! The event is free to attend and open to all!
