What times are your shows?

For Theatre Raleigh Main Stage productions, show times are as follows:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.
Matinees on Saturdays at 2:00 p.m. and Sundays at 3:00 p.m.

Doors open one hour before show time.

For TR in Concert and other events, please check the listing for the individual shows.

1st and 2nd rows

Gallery Seating 
3rd row and beyond
Adult – $42
Senior/Military – $39
Youth (under 21) – $36
Group (6+ tickets) – $37

*prices are not inclusive of tax and administrative fee.

There is no difference in price between purshasing online or in person.
There is no discount for Dress Circle seating.

Should I come early?

Yes, do come a bit early to enjoy our inviting lobby and bar!
We have a large range of options, inlcuding cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks as well as light snacks and popcorn.
For most events we also have live pre-show music!

Where do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased either online or in person starting one hour before performance time. 
Please note that we cannot accept cash on the premises.

The quickest way to reach us is by email. 
We have varied office hours, but we are online to respond to emails every day of the week.
Response time is generally within one business day at most.

I purchased tickets online. Where are they?

After purchasing your tickets you will receive a confirmation email with a link containing your tickets. 

You can print your tickets or choose to have them sent to your smartphone or by email.
We will scan your tickets at the door when you arrive.

If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder!
Sometimes emails from our ticketing system can end up lost. 
If you still are unable to locate your order, send us an email and we’ll be glad to help!

Can you hold my tickets at Will Call?

We do not offer printing tickets for Will Call, but we can access your digital tickets when you arrive. 

I can't make it to the show. Can I change my tickets?

If you are a season subscriber,
we will gladly exchange your tickets for another performance in the run, pending availability. 

In most cases, we are only able to move tickets to another performance within the run of that particular show. We cannot guarantee that assigned seats will be the same as these seats may be claimed at other performances.
The best seats go first!

We cannot exchange tickets from one season to another, but you are welcome to choose another show within the same season.

Requests for ticket changes for season subscribers must be made at least 24 hours prior to the performance.

We do not offer refunds for unused tickets.

I can't make it to the show. Can I get a refund?

We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets.

If all else fails, your tickets can be converted to a tax-deductible donation. Just let us know prior to the performance!
