TR Sings Virtual Auditions

Virtual audition submissions for ‘TR Sings…Disney’ are now open through March 31st!

Q: How do I submit an audition?
A: Please submit an approximately two minute video of yourself singing any Disney song to casting@theatreraleigh.com. You can be singing along to piano accompaniment, a track or even a capella!

Q: What is the rehearsal process like for the concert?
A: You are required to attend a rehearsal on Sunday, May 18th, and a soundcheck prior to the performance on May 25th. There will be an additional rehearsal during the week that will be optional.

Q: What will the format of the concert be?
A: The concert will be a cabaret-style event, featuring performers presenting their songs in the order outlined in the set list. The atmosphere will be relaxed and enjoyable, sometimes with an emcee guiding the evening and other times the performers introducing the next singer. After each performer finishes their song, their welcome to enjoy the rest of the program at the bar! The goal is to create a seamless, fun experience for both the audience and the performers.

Q: How old do you have to be to submit an audition?
A: We are welcoming submissions from performers ages 14 and up!

Q: Is this a paid opportunity?
A: TR Sings will not be a paid opportunity, just a chance to sharpen your skills onstage in front of an audience. Performers will get a complimentary beverage at our bar and a standing-room comp ticket for a friend or family member.
