PAYMENT

Payment must be made at or before the start time of your rental to the Venmo link below. If you need to pay by card, please inform the rentals manager and a payment link will be created and sent to you. FOR SHORT RENTALS ONLY

 

RENTAL EXPECTATIONS

In addition to the general rental rules, below are the expectations of the renter for this space.

Trash must be taken to the dumpster out back as needed – i.e. the cans are full or smell, or at the end of the rental.

Personal items are to be taken home as this is a shared space.

END OF RENTAL EXPECTATIONS

Renter is responsible for returning the space to its original setup/arrangement upon arrival, including sweeping the for with the provided push broom(s), replacing any moved furniture, anything unplugged/plugged in, all trash/recycling disposed of in proper receptacles, any mess cleaned up, all personal items removed. **Failure to do so may result in the damages deposit being charged to the card on file.

 

RENTAL RULES and ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

All customers and/or the representatives of any individual or group renting spaces from Theatre Raleigh Arts Center must read and agree to all items below prior to reservation. 

  • Renters must pay in advance before using the space unless prior arrangements are made with management. Deposits will be collected and held to cover any damages incurred, and returned after confirming absence of any damages.
  • Renters should arrive on time; time will not be extended for tardiness. Renters must vacate studio/practice room on time. Anyone going over time will have to pay additional charges.
  • Renters must return equipment back to the original set up of the room, and return any equipment that was checked out at the start of the rental to the staff member on duty. This includes keyboards, Bluetooth speakers, music stands, ring lights, self-tape equipment, etc.
  • Use the provided equipment as if it was your own. Any damages made surpassing the deposited amount will be added to your bill. Further damages could forfeit future space rentals.
  • All trash must be placed in trash cans, and recycling put into appropriate receptacles.
  • TRAC is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
  • Please keep the lobby quiet. Rehearsals and/or filming are happening in the surrounding spaces.
  • Tap shoes will only be used in TR Studio.
  • Management reserves the right to move customers to a studio of equal or greater value with the same equipment.
  • Absolutely no alcohol or smoking on the premise.
  • All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
  • Management reserves the right to remove anyone that violates any of the terms of this agreement.
