This scenic rental package includes:

• All wall units. Flats A-H,U1 & U2
• Downstage Left wall unit includes a stoop with sidewalls and operational door.
• All corner trim pieces and cornice trim pieces.
• Windows are covered with lightweight white muslin and ready to backlight.
• All steel for upper level. 80” off the deck.
• All 4×4 supports for the steel structure.
• All bolts and nuts for connecting steel sections together and connecting 4×4 posts to steel frames. Angle brackets are included to secure 4×4’s to the deck.
• All plywood decking for the upper level.
• Offstage steel platforming and supports.
• Two onstage stair units that go from the deck to the upper level.
• All onstage railings, made from 1” tube steel. Note: Stair units do not have railings for sightlines.
• Upstage railings for rear of the upper level.
• 10’ wide, 9’ deep rolling bandstand unit. Front 3’ is a curved section that is slightly lower than the rear unit. This unit can be manually moved downstage during key moments of the show.

Please note that this rental package does not include:
• 70” Video monitors for the upstairs walls
• Offstage escape stairs. (Standard escape stairs up to 80” will work)
• Some railings for offstage upper unit. (Some of these will vary based on the configuration of offstage right and left upper level pieces that are used)
• Cyclorama is not included in the rental package.
• Street lamp shown in photos is not included in the rental package.
